2. Return Instructions

We'll provide return instructions and shipping details.

Note: Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless the item arrived damaged.

3. Refund Processing

  • Once we receive your return, we inspect and process the refund within 5–7 business days.

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method.

  • Shipping fees (if any) are non-refundable.

4. Damaged or Defective Products

If your product arrives damaged or defective, email us a photo within 7 days of delivery. We will send a replacement or issue a full refund, including shipping costs.

5. 2-Year Insurance Plan

If you purchased our optional insurance, you are covered for replacements due to:

  • Accidental damage

  • Loss during use or transit

  • Water damage
