Estimated delivery time: 4–7 business days after dispatch.

Tracking numbers are provided via email as soon as your order ships.
3. Shipping Costs
We currently offer free standard shipping on all orders over $100 AUD.
4. Delays
While we strive for timely delivery, we are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, customs, or unforeseen events like weather or strikes.
5. Incorrect Address
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, reshipping costs will be the customer’s responsibility.
6. Lost or Stolen Packages
If your package is lost in transit or stolen after delivery, contact us at contact@myglam.com.au. If you've opted for our 2-Year Insurance Plan, you're fully covered for loss and damage.
